It's been so recent(2 days)that I haven't even had the opportunity to meet Paul and his staff members. But the phone conversations I've had with various members of the office staff over the last 2 days since I made the change exceeded my expectations. They express enthusiasm and genuine concern for customer needs. The staff answers the phone and returns calls in a very reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend this agent and his staff for all your insurance needs. Looking forward to meeting all the staff members in the near future."
